Salute The Fruit Smoothies
Fruit smoothies with protein are the perfect way to start the day – use these as a base to find your favourite.
Banana Berry Smoothie
1 banana
1/2 cup of mixed berries
1 teaspoon of Acai berry powder
1/2 teaspoon of Maca berry powder or 1 teaspoon of raw cacoa powder (depending on taste)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (organic)
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
1-1+1/2 cups of rice milk or almond milk (or other)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Tropical Smoothie
1 banana
1 mango
juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 stalk of kale (leaf only) or a teaspoon of greens powder
1/2 cup of coconut milk and/or 2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
300 mls of coconut water
1 slice of fresh pineapple
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
